@piperchangisanass Lol not really, they’re talking about the dog that’s in all of the videos, sitting next to them as they cook- it’s a flair, not a racial comment.. at least as far as I can tell.
Besides, cooking dog isn’t just a Chinese thing, even if it’s often used as a stereotype for Chinese (and sometimes other Eastern cultures) cooking.

Thank you for taking the time to make these excellent and instructive videos of Japanese cuisine. This makes me hungry just to watch and reminds me of my enjoyable times workng in Japan with my thoughtful and politeJapanese friends who opened their nation to me – though I was an outsider.
